Our new menu is a collaborative effort from our chefs, local farmers and suppliers. We aim to produce local food which is based on classical and regional French cuisine using mainly local producers.

We are not particularly into gadgets and tricks in the kitchen! We only ever produce dishes which we ourselves love to eat. Home-made charcuterie, slow cooked braises, fish and shellfish, classical desserts and bread-making could be listed as specialities. We also take the cheese board very seriously indeed and it forms an integral part of the restaurants day-to-day life.
